Complaints procedure
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Our commitment
We aim to get things right, and we take it seriously when we don't. This procedure explains how to raise a concern with us, what happens next, and how to take a complaint further if you are not satisfied with our response.
How to complain
Email clientsupport@anjioproperty.com or write to us at Anjio Property Management, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Please give us as much detail as you can, including any relevant dates, property references and correspondence.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days.
- Investigation. We will look into what happened, which may include speaking to the delivery partner or professional involved.
- Final response. We will send you a final viewpoint letter within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint, setting out our findings and, where appropriate, what we will do to put things right.
If you are not satisfied
If you remain unhappy after receiving our final viewpoint letter, or if 8 weeks have passed without one, you can refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (TPO), free of charge, within 12 months of the date of our final viewpoint letter.
