Who we are

This notice explains how Anjio Property Management, a trading division of Anjio Property Marketplace Limited (company no. 17031354, registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX), collects, uses and protects your personal information. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC205193.

The information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — for example, your name, email address, phone number and any details about your investment objectives you choose to share when you contact us, book a discovery call, or become a client. If you go on to work with us, we will also hold the information needed to form your UK company, complete property transactions, and meet our anti-money-laundering obligations, such as proof of identity and proof of address.

We do not collect payment card details, and your funds never pass through our accounts.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call
  • To provide our sourcing, project management and property management services if you become a client
  • To introduce you to independent regulated professionals, with your knowledge, where relevant to your instructions
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks
  • To keep you updated on your portfolio, if you are a client

Our legal basis for processing

We rely on your consent when you contact us with an enquiry, on the performance of a contract once you engage our services, and on our legal obligations where we are required to verify your identity or report information to a regulator or authority.

Who we share your information with

We share information only where it is necessary to deliver our service: with independent regulated professionals you are introduced to (solicitors, tax advisers, brokers), with delivery partners carrying out refurbishment or letting work on a specific property, and with Companies House, HM Land Registry or HMRC where a transaction requires it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

International transfers

We do not currently transfer personal information outside the UK. If this changes, we will update this notice and put appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as is reasonable to follow up with you, and client information for as long as our engagement continues, plus a period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.

Cookies

Details of the cookies this website uses are set out in our separate cookies policy.
